OYLYMPIC NAIL ART SERIES (PART 1)

So the Olympics is starting……and I have started by doing myself some nail art. Now I know some of you are probably wondering why i havent done Great Brittain, but I decided to do Jamaica (Team Jamaica) to start with.  My home country is England but I also support Jamaica so i will be doing both. So don’t worry I will be doing a few different designs over this season for you to try yourself or even just do on 1 nail. I hope you enjoy my Olympic Series.

Barry M –  BLACK, LEMON AND CLEAR NAIL PAINTS, ART DECCO - BLACK NAIL ART BRUSH & MY OWN MIXTURE OF ART DECCO FOREST GREEN AND BARRY M LEMON
I done each nail individually and also used a dotting tool, and a very thin nail art brush. I done a different design on each nail and just improvised on each one.

This is the Jamaican flag – i painted the yellow first with my brush then filled in the black and green also.

I made 3 diagonal lines on this nail using my nail art brush

I used my very thin and short brush to create the black and green in a curve then carefully added the yellow in the middle

I used the Barry M Lemon colour and my own mixture or the yellow and the green nail art colour to get the right colour in a pot. I painted half of each colour and then done small flicks over both colours when dry

This was the easiest really i painted yellow on my free edge then used my brush to write the leters JA for Jamaica

So this is all the nails together for you to see, I have since done my other hand also but again in a different design.

This is my other hand with designs but made easier. I find it harder to do fine detail on my right hand, but tried to do so its looks uniformed.

So hope you liked my designs and you will try to do some yourself.  You can use any colour you like, i just choose these as it represents team Jamaica. Also you could even paint your nails one colour and just choose 1 nail with  a design on to stand out.

If any of you do try please let me know, and remember to join me on Facebook where you are welcome to post up or share your designs also.
