Another nail tutorial for you all to enjoy and find inspiration from. This one is quite easy I feel so for those of you that have dotting tools then you will like this simple design. For some reason I have only just invested in some dotting tools. I have 5 in different sizes and they are double-sided. I bought mine from Ebay for about £3.00 and its so easy to create dots that are even in size on my nails.
What I used
Barry M nail paint – Base & Top coat in 1
Barry M nail paint – Bright Purple
Barry M nail paint – Black
Large size dotting tool
After base coat has been applied i painted my nails with 2 coats of the bright purple but missed out the ring fingers on both hands.
Next i painted 2 coats of the black nail paint on my ring fingers and waited about 5-10 minutes for them to dry.
Now really you can use any size dotting tool but i have opted for a larger size.
Put a few strokes of the black polish on a small piece of card. Dip in your dotting tool and create dots all over the ring finger nail.
You can apply top coat after about 10 minutes and there you have it, a simple look with dots !
